.SYNOPSIS FOR THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL WASHINGTON COASTAL AND INLAND WATERS...A weak frontal system will move through the waters tonight into early Sunday and weaken as it moves onshore. High pressure will build in its wake and remain over the area waters through Monday. A stronger frontal system will move through the waters Tuesday and bring strong winds and building seas to the waters.
