.SYNOPSIS FOR THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL WASHINGTON COASTAL AND INLAND WATERS...Easterly flow will be maintained over the waters today with high pressure east of the Cascades and a strong surface low offshore. A system will move through tonight into Saturday morning. A stronger frontal system associated with a 985 mb low just offshore will move through the waters later Saturday into Sunday morning. Possible break Monday before before the pattern becomes active again in the middle of next week.
